"The apartment felt clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and there was a very good atmosphere being family friendly. The children splash time was great, with spa faculties available and sun loungers, you really felt like you were at a resort. "Excellent hotel in the centre of Stratford Easy parking (plenty of capacity), great check-in staff, amazing building! Room was beautiful, comfy bed, amazing decor, great facilities, fresh milk in the fridge, heated bathroom floor, hot powerful shower. Impressed. Reception phoned the room to make sure everything was ok. Only improvements - corridor access door to stairs on self-closer was noisy and woke me up through the night as room was close to it, easy fix with some felt pads. Bar area, no tables, needs better arrangement so more can fit in which would be possible. Otherwise, overall excellent"
