"The room was nice and spacious, but the walls were unfortunately paper thin. We could hear absolutely everything going on in the room next to us, and it seems both beds were placed against the same wall because the conversation of the people next door was very audible. They were drunk and beligerent and would not keep it down until 2:30 AM when they finally shut up. Unfortunately, there's no night porter at this property so the only thing we could do is tell them to keep it down, which they, of course, ignored. There was an emergency number left at reception but we couldn't get in touch. With that in mind, I think the hotel absolutely needs to invest in noise insulation or simply hire staff who can kick out unruly guests at night."
