Large spacious room, great location everything walking distance. Clean rooms, nice irish breakfast helpfull staff would definitely recommend staying here.

I recently stayed here for a night. What i liked about this establishment was that although our room wasn't ready we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel and go anout our day without the hassle of carrying it about with us. The staff were extremely friendly and polite customer service was on point couldn't find any fault. The establishment its self is very well maintained and absolutely spotless. Not to mention location it is right on the water front and has everything on your door step from transport to and from town or the airport and other parts of the city, to restaurants and shops or even if it's just somewhere to be pampered your looking for before a night out in one of the local bars then this hotel is a great choice as it has it all on your doorstep within walking distance.

The room was wonderful and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with paying for a taxi that didn't take credit cards. The hotel is right on pub row so if you are a pub crawler, it is really convenient when it is time to crawl back to your hotel. With that being said, it is on pub row, so it can get loud. The hotel is also currently being remodeled. That didn't effect my stay but if you are sensitive to paint fumes, it maybe an issue.
