"Kath was a welcoming and friendly host, communications were timely, clear, helpful and had the personal touch.
The accomodation was so clean and EVERYTHING had been thought of... it was certainly a home from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable. My children were very happy with their rooms and comfy beds too. The place was perfectly situated for a balmy summer evening stroll along the riverside, very pleasant. Would recommend highly and would definitely stay again! Thank you 😊"

Spent a comfortable four nights in this well appointed apartment. Beds were good, if a little narrow for two tallish adults. Sitting room and kitchen area were well furnished and equipped. Two bathrooms were a boon. Two minutes walk from the bus station, taxi rank and bus stop for the most popular town circuit buses. A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained.
My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking.
There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking.
Other than that I would recommend.

Lovely quiet area, 25 minute walk into Bath, all down hill, however the walk back was quite a pull. Taxi fare is £7
