Excellent room , spacious , clean and excellent service

smoking is a problem in the hotel

Rooms are very small and there’s no view from the window. Even the rooms for 3 people are small too. The location is really close the main interesting area but it’s very hard to order taxi via the app due to the up height and closed roads. The breakfast menu is very good and spa service is good too. Reception facilities are very small but the staff are very good.

The rooms were very clean and well kept! The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They were also very helpful!! Breakfast was great - the view from the rooftop was breathtaking! The location was also great, close to everything! No complaints! I’d stay here again

The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. However, the property is quite old and could use some updates. We stayed in two connected rooms because we were traveling with children. The layout was convenient, but unfortunately, our children’s room had a strong sewage smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The window faced a wall of another building, so there was very little fresh air and almost no view. The air conditioning was also quite weak and did not cool the room enough, especially during warm weather. Overall, the location is excellent, but the condition of the rooms and some comfort issues affected our experience. We would rate this hotel three stars. It may be a good option depending on your budget and expectations, especially if the central location is your priority.
