We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too.
I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful.
The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

The location is absolutely fantastic, and getting around is very easy and convenient. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. This was a great little find, in a perfect location for enjoying kadikoy but still getting a quiet night’s sleep. It’s also just a block from the ferries for a trip over to the Europe side of the city. The hotel design is great, really nice features and a lovely roof terrace to relax with some music and a cup of tea. Breakfast was good, reception staff were nice, I’ll definitely be booking here next time.

Great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the ferry station is only about 10 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The cleaner did a great job daily.
