"The place was as beautiful as the pictures. Beautiful decor and we'll kept. The staff was amazing at communication! Helpful with booking and airport shuttle to amd from hotel and their hospitality made our rough travel day worth the stay. Oscar at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and caring. We appreciate all the staff including those that serve dinner and breakfast. Food was fresh and delicious. The room was so efficiently organized with amenities that I've not experienced in a room like a personal sauna. Had a big jacuzzi and TV had multiple app options. Balcony was a nice feature as well. I would highly recommend staying here and will stay again when I come to Istanbul. I wish there was non smoking options available but otherwise great pick."
