The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. The room was also very nice.

The property was nice. the biggest disappointment was the volume of the wedding that took place. it shock our walls (the bathroom door and the barn-door splitting the rooms, because to much bass. Think the wedding party would still have been a success if the music was not so load.

We stayed for a week and our room (actually a 1-bedroom suite with a kitchenette) was located on the "mountain" side. It's good in terms of being far enough away from the main pool, bars and activities so as to be quieter, but the tradeoff is the walk from that side to where most of the stuff you want is located. We were happy for the quiet and didn't mind the walk. The resort is spotlessly clean and the staff are uniformly welcoming and helpful. The Malecon or shopping malls are a ten minute trip away by Uber or taxi. Nighttime entertainment took the form of karaoke on several evenings. One night the was a fire show with a troupe of jugglers that drew a large audience. Food at this resort was a weak spot. We were very disappointed from our first dinner on a Wednesday night until breakfast the following Saturday. Chicken and pork were undercooked, as were steamed carrots that were basically raw. Eggs and refried beans at breakfast were cold, and sausages were tough and chewy. Come the weekend, though, there was a significant and welcome improvement. Dishes were hotter and better cooked and there seemed to be a better variety. That improvement continued for the rest of our stay. One issue that should be addressed is the flow of guests at the buffet. The setup requires long and needles queues, likely because salads kept in an enclosed glass cabinet at the very start brings flow to a near total halt. This is a pleasant resort with a good location and good staff.

Property was amazing , quiet, most comfortable beds

Great hotel to relax and enjoy the pool and rooftop view and drinks and Mariachi on Wed. Dance lessons plus karaoke. Hotel has it all.

The room was very modern and the bed was very comfortable with excellent quality linen. It was a bit noisy when people come in at three in the morning, but not the hotel‘s fault. our room did not have an exterior window and I think that should’ve been noted on the listing when we booked however, for the price, it was excellent value and in a great location close to all the main sites
