We really enjoy our stay in the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and bathroom was a top notch with views over the sea and mountains. The hotel is located on the isle and there is a very picturesque walk around it. You can also visit aquarium and marine park to see marine animals.

It is the staff and surroundings that make this hotel. The reception team could not do enough for us. The hotel has an unusual Hawaiian vibe. Be aware that the hotel is dated cosmetically but nothing that dented our enjoyment. The breakfasts were amazing and the best we had during the whole trip.

Fabulous hotel! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

A great place to enjoy onsen and Japanese food.

This place was excellent, great service, staff were helpful. There are 2 top tier restaurants, a spa with great aromatherapy massage service, there is a relax room on the 12F of the main building with excellent views of Mt Fuji on a clear day. Breakfast has a choice of Japanese style or western and the 2 restaurants including Teppanyaki or Italian. Finally there are nice walks around the garden and pond area as well as a public bath which is well maintained. The hotel seems almost brand new!...

The hotel was excellent and staff were polite My room had a great view of a very long coast line I didn’t find much to do in the immediate area but it was very close to train / subway Top floor lounge bar is excellent too take a trip up there I was only there two nights my big complaint was the bed pillows very hard and full of grit like straw ( not sure what it was ? )

An absolutely fabulous hotel with the very best of decor and staff customer care. Extensive grounds and an amazing aray of sporting facilities and spa areas. Top quality food in extremely comfortable surroundings and an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel provided an efficient shuttle service to both a local rail station and the larger Odawara major train station.

There's not much to do around Atami apart from visit Onsens and walk around. The actual room itself was a tatami room with plenty of space, tv, table and several remote controls. These were handy to turn the lights off or heater off when your wrapped in futon at night. The room also had 1 stove top, cutlery, plates, fridge, rice cooker and kettle. The bathroom had the deep but small Japanese style bath tub. I personally never used it as there is a fantastic roof top onsen that I went to twice a...
