"Stayed with my partner, and the entire area of Shimoda is so charming. If you want to experience a taste of the natural flora and fauna of Japan, this place is it. The staff were accommodating, helpful and kind, and the restaurant was excellent for a taste of the local cuisine. Great gems to be found ..."

"The staff at the reception desk were amazing, friendly, and helpful. They helped with luggage and getting a cab when needed. I would like to see the gift shop, restaurant and coffee shop open for longer hours. Coffee and drinks not available till 10 am. The pool would have been a nice touch too but ..."

"当日は、雨が降りあまり観光ができませんでしたので、早めに着きましたが、チェックインすることができました。助かりました。わかりにくい場所でしたが、丁寧な案内を連絡していただきスムーズにつくことができました。宿泊施設は、台所用品や入浴剤など家庭で必要なもの（ホットプレートなど）は、使用しませんでしたが、なんでもそろっており助かりました。翌日は、晴天で景色は最高でした。いろいろと対応していただきありがとうございました。"
