Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!

I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon. The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards. Wonderful views and kind hosts.

We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. The view from room 602 (Mini-Suite) was jaw dropping and enhanced by the cloudless blue sky, mill pond view of the lake and a backdrop of the mountains with snow caps. Everything has been absolutley great and amazing. From the moment you are arriving at the hotel and the staff is taking care of your car and luggage. While your room is getting ready and the luggage is taken to the room you can enjoy welcome drink at the terrace with beautiful views of the lake. The hotel and its staff in our opinion were excellent. The hotel is well positioned on the main road into Riva, so is easy to find. It is a short walk to the Lake and nearest beach, about 150m. Beautiful gardens (and well maintained) surround the swimming pool, plenty of shade around the pool but also plenty of sun for those wanting to tan. Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service. We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Our super king size bed overlooked the lake with double aspect windows, which was wonderful to wake up to. The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Beautiful room with beautiful views, perfectly located close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Cannot fault the staff and their breakfast service was lovely. The bathroom was gorgeous!

Although not on the lake front the hotel is very close to the town (less than 5 minutes walk). From the imbarcadero most of the rest of the lake can be reached (managed to get to Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda, Salo and Sirmione during my stay). The train station is also close make trips to other towns such as Verona and Mantua very accessible. The hotel is very comfortable with a good breakfast buffet. Our room was wheelchair friendly but we couldn’t access the terrace where breakfast was served and looked at the lake. The staff were very helpful getting breakfast sorted in our room though, but we didn’t have a view there. The hotel was in an amazing situation but the reception felt a little unfriendly but once settled we felt much more welcome. The staff were all friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendation and taxi booking too.
