"Excellent location. Our suite was spacious throughout. Parking was a challenge and check in directions to room could have been more helpful. Coffee maker did not work and had no directions. Distillery tour was informative and tasting was very good. Lakeside restaurant food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. "

"This is my third time staying at this hotel and I always go back if I can. The location is fantastic, a 30 second walk to the train station and a few minutes from bars, restaurants, shops and the bus station. The hotel is always clean, the staff always friendly and the selection at the continental breakfast is second to none. The decor is a little outdated and worn out, nothing that a freshen up wouldn't fix, but regardless, it is a solid hotel and I will definitely continue to stay here during my visits to Inverness."

"The hotel is being “refreshed”; there are missing latches on windows and odd plumbing, some tired carpets, weird (to my tastes) metal animals arranged around the property. However, the room was clean and functional, the restaurant food was very good for dinner and breakfast."
