A good location with parking. Clean bedroom with comfortable bed. Nice furniture and decor in the bedroom . Tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom . Good food. I would recommend, if you are having an evening meal , to book a time prior to arrival.
Poor customer service. Room 6 very small double and shower room needs repairs - bathroom door and shower cubicle door does not close. Also at the back of the property .
Would have appreciated a table with a view at dinner and breakfast, especially as our bedroom was at the back, but on both occasions , despite booking a time to eat, we were told that none were available and we had to sit in the bar area. Breakfast service was terrible , although the one person serving was doing her best, but despite prebooking breakfast as advised, it took 10 minutes to get a mug of coffee and 25 minutes to get our cooked breakfast .
A very disappointing stay. Would not recommend or return .
