"There was water on the floor which appeared to have come through the ceiling. The electric radiator in the bedroom was hanging off the wall. The bedroom was too cluttered with bunk beds making getting in and out of bed difficult. The check in process was not advised prior to arrival. Other than that ..."

"The doors were difficult to unlock. Bathroom was not en-suite but down the hall with another lock on it. E had water dripping through ceiling and when we reached out to ask for help from host, we received no response. Washer and dryer were available as well as kitchen area."
