Room was clean when we arrived but was not cleaned again until our last day. This was only done because I asked for dry towels and for our room to be cleaned. The staff were very friendly but didn't seem very knowledgeable. Communication was very poor. The room had an information booklet and gave menu's for the bar/ restaurant but no opening hours. However signs outside stated serving food all day long. This was not the case,I asked for the opening hours and the answers were very vague. Our mattress was old and lumpy so not the best. This place could be amazing with a bit of structure. I really disliked not being greeted when we arrived. We were sent a code for the keybox and found our own way to the room. We never saw anyone at the reception desk.
