"Clean and nice room but too hot and no ways to cool down because one window was screwed shut. Breakfast was very nice. No staff on arrival even though it was 4pm when guest arrive for checking in. No way to ring for attention either. Same issue issue when trying to get drinks from bar - maybe understaffed. But then staff was very attentive when available."

"The communal areas were decorated in keeping with a classic highland theme which was good. The room although clean and comfortable would benefit from modernisation. Breakfast was decent with a mix of fried and continental options. The car park was full when I arrived which was late evening to be fair and there was plenty of street parking around."

B&B HOTEL Inverness

"Very convenient location! 2 night stay. Nice room. Great buffet breakfast. My only issue was that I was not informed at checkin that the room would not be cleaned automatically. But I had enough towels and they took my rubbish away and provided extra sugars when I requested. They also pre booked a taxi for me. Thankyou."
