"We were in Riverside apartment on the ground floor. Room was cold. Only 1 small radiator to heat the room. Had to move the kettle away from the tea/coffee station to boil it as was not near a plug or had to boil it on the floor near the station. Paintwork could be doing with a spruce up. Not handy having to go along the road to go to the restaurant when it’s cold and raining. "

"Room was ok but stains on carpet and lamp. Poor lighting. Bathroom needs an upgrade. No private changing cubicles for the swimming pool, which was a concern when my 8 year old had to go into the mens changing room on his own. Food was excellent. "
