"The staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the room was very warm and there was no fan available to help with air flow. The worst part was the noise from the level above our room. Someone was walking or pacing the entire night and the sound was very loud and distracting. I’m not sure if it was another hotel patron or staff, but it was very difficult to sleep.
