2 good nights sleep. Good size room. King sixe bed and matress zzzzzz. Both meals and breakfasts were great. The staff are very pleasant and polite. They actually look like they enjoy working there. This could be because it is an NHS run hospital so less stressful on the staff. The views are of the River Clyde. Both days we watched the last ocean going steam paddle ship sail past it is the best sight and sound.

Perfect for an overnight to catch a flight early morning.

Always use this hotel for overnight stays needed when traveling from Glasgow airport. Great free shuttle service too. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit on the small side but as it's only ever for one night it's not a problem. My one gripe is when I stayed on 30th July there was a Christmas display with a countdown to the 25th Dec. The staff were friendly, with one lovely ginger boy telling us lots of stories about the hotel and its origins, and one tall waiter finding us a seat looking onto the arena despite those tables all being reserved (sorry that I forgot the actual names!) Fantastic wee find in the heart of paisley (though you would never know it - very peacful and quiet!) Nice decor, comfortable beds, great bathroom and plenty of character and very nice vibe. Staff were all excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast excellent....We will definitely stay here again....could not find any fault.

The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful gardens. We had a beautiful spacious room that was well appointed. All the staff we came across were lovely.

Only disclaimer is that this is a review about a budget-mid-price hotel. All the ravings probably don't compare to a hotel that costs £££ per night. A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

Fabulous little find. I booked not realising standard rooms shared the main bathroom. When I arrived it was no problem to upgrade. Breakfast was delish and staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend this stunning Guest house

The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix. Lovely and friendly staff. Check in /out was smooth. The family room was really large and comfortable. The breakfast options were great and at a great price too. The menu was vast and the food was delicious. Walking distance to explore the area and a great stop off point for many attractions.

I have stayed in this hotel many times before. It is situated in the west end of Glasgow on the junction between Byres Road and Great Western Road. This gives you easy access to the amenities of the city centre via the subway on Byres Road but it’s less congested than the city centre. There are easy access to green spaces in the city, the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove. The hotel is very comfortable with an excellent breakfast.
