You can ask them anything. One staff took the time to explain all my options for getting to the airport. I was going to take a taxi, but she explained that there’s a local train that goes straight to the airport for about $20\. She saved me $180! There’s a delicious ice cream shop around the corner. I tried all the flavors and the mango was my absolute favorite!" It’s close to the subway/train, but the train noise was surprisingly not an issue for me, a very light sleeper. The bed was big and comfortable, and the hotel was nice and quiet. Great happy hour at the bar for hotel guests 5:30-7, and two restaurants, of which I tried only the Japanese one and was happy. Very close to a few parks and tons of restaurants and convenience stores. It’s also fairly central and close to the Imperial Palace. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Tokyo!"
