Hôtel Le Concorde Québec

"We had a lovely room on an upper floor with a great view. The room needed some attention - phone didn’t work, there was a crack in the bathroom basin and some laminate flooring pieces were lifting. However, the Ciel restaurant was a great experience and the location was great. I would certainly stay there again."

"Stayed in a Jr. Suite for 2 nights prior to boarding our cruise ship. The suite was very upscale including the bathroom with heated floors. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the Hotel Port Royal. I would not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. It’s very pricey and the meal was not worth the price, very disappointing. However, the pizzeria across the street was excellent."

"The location was great, both staff we spoke with at the concierge desk were rock stars - so helpful and patient! The rooms were fine though could use a deep clean. I was most unimpressed with the housekeeping staff who tried to enter our room multiple times on our check out morning. Without even knocking. We had asked for a late check out so finally put the do not disturb sign on the door but they still entered again!"

"Clean room not fancy but comfortable. Though TV, sometimes play by itself just an audio no video, without turning on the tv and if try to shut down, it won’t be shut down 😦"
