Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small. Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from. Breakfast in the Pullman was very different and most enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

Friendly hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location by the river Stour and. nature reserves - ducks, swans, herons ... Served by hourly bus direct from Poole, or use the very frequent services to Kinson and walk 11-15 minutes across the nature reserve

Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.

Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. Had a lovely Halloween stay in Burley, such a great location in the New Forest. Really appreciated the friendly staff, lovely welcoming bar, and the superb Halloween decorations which really set the scene and mood.

Little Hotel with a big attitude, everything about our stay was exactly how I wanted it, the owners are a lovely couple and really put 100% into making your stay a memorable one. We only eat breakfast at the Hotel, but if that is anything to go by the food was excellent. The Hotel has a nice comfortable bar with reasonable prices. We will definitely come again

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. Was upgraded to a ocean view room for free by the lovely Akshay, he and other staff were brillant looking after us so many thanks too them. Hotel close to the beach so couldn't ask for more, Hotel was nice and clean, Breakfast was brillant too as had Gluten free options. Only negativity i think price is bit steep for a night compare to other hotels but would i stay again in the same hotel again ? Off course 👍

Fantastic property located within a very relaxing setting, all the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help!, rooms are very clean and spacious can’t sing the praises of this place enough will most definitely be staying again!!
