We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and from the moment we set foot into the hotel the service from staff members was exceptional. This was an excellent experience on all levels, they arranged our transfer from Airport no problems at check in, complimentary cold drink waiting at the check in desk. Food was of a high standard and varied each day, specials offered each day in main restaurant. The food at the different bars around the pool and on the beach also very good. Excellent service 20/10- Sara on reception was the most attentive worker we have ever come across always making sure she/ the hotel was meeting our needs. We watched their exemplary care for a lady in a wheel chair and gave praise via feedback to reception about a brilliant bar man Moustafa on the pool bar who came to thank us for our kind words.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a disappointing stay at another hotel not too far away, as it was my wife's birthday, we booked online for the remaining 6 days of our holiday. The Captain's Inn is a really nice hotel with polite, helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent and although they don't have their own pool, you are able to use the beaches at Moods for free which is a real bonus, as almost all of the hotels and beaches charge. We would recommend you ask the staff for advice re. any trips or excursions you want to book as they will find you a better rate than advertised. Great hotel and excellent service

All thing was v good . Staff so friendly .food was very wonderful. The hotel was very clean . The beach was good more fish and corals reefs.
