"The room was great, one of the best holiday Inns I have stayed at. The cleaning staff and reception staff were really helpful and overall I enjoyed my stay. The only downsides I would say are that the bathroom is a little dated compared to the rest of the room and parking was a bit expensive."

"Great location just off the m25 and A12 on the edge of Brentwood. Hotel as clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the pool and gym complex was excellent. We would definitely stay there again "

"Staff at reception pleasant enough. Could be a great place .. very big ! And possibly in process of renovation ? Not quite as pictures suggest sadly. Just not as clean as it really could be . Also tv in our room very poor and only couple of channels worked .didnt use it enough to worry thankfully,despite staying 2 nights . Bed seemed clean enough just general room/ shower cleanliness ."
