"The property had some major drawbacks that impacted our stay. The lack of parking permits meant we couldn’t park nearby between 12 pm and 12 am, which was highly inconvenient. The steep stairs to the bedrooms were challenging, especially with luggage. The smoke alarm battery kept bleeping and couldn’t be fixed immediately, though the property manager was helpful and resolved it on the second day by removing it. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t justify the price, as the property felt...

"The property was very conveniently located for where I was working in the centre of the city. It was clean and comfortable, and close to a number of pleasant places to eat."

"This place has a great location and was clean and tidy. Pretty basic interior, no laundry, no dining room ( fold out table and chairs).Possibly a water leak or old leak...vey musty smell in Kitchen..."

"This is a private letting with the young owner resident. It was difficult to find: sandwiched between the park and the avenue but the owner had rectified that. Very "Peaceful " as the name suggests. Plenty of buses and within walking distane of the centre of Hull."

"Came as a large group of 5 friends, ideal well priced house in the heart of Beverley Road area...perfect for alumni to do a reminiscing tour of University haunts! Appreciated the check up that everything was OK Quiet location, comfy beds, enough space to eat and sit. Clean and just what we needed thank you very much."
