"The reason to stay here is the interior design but sadly the ambience of the bar and restaurant are too modern clashing with the decor - the music played was ok but the speakers in the bar were not working proberly so all bass and no trebble which was unpleasant. Very limited non alcoholic drink options. No non alcoholic cocktails. We also had a 1am false fire alarm. The service from all staff however fitted perfectly and was exceptional. "I had a 2 night stay with a friend whilst attending a funeral locally. The room was clean and tidy and good sized. we had a meal in the restaurant with other fiends (8of us). Most of us had a good experience. But 3 had an issue with the steaks ordered. They found them to be a little tough to eat. The others all enjoyed what they had ordered. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. There was ample parking,"
