"Don't hesitate to stay here especially if you're doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks. Jan is absolutely amazing. She made my comfortable as much as possible. I arrived late on my first day and she called around to see where I could have dinner. Jan is so lovely. The property is so clean and the bed/pillows are super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here."

"A delightful cottage, very nicely presented by the owners who live next door. We couldnâ€™t think of anything that they had omitted to provide in the way of equipment and furnishings. It is in a beautiful location, even in the depths of winter. The kitchen is quite small but still very usable and they have even managed to fit in a washing machine under the stairs. No freezer but the icebox in the fridge is a good size. A nice split level lawned garden and generous patio which our dog enjoyed exploring. We certainly wonâ€™t hesitate to go there again, probably in the summer next time when we can enjoy the nearby attractions and scenery on offer."

"The perfectly little hidden gem. I stopped here as a base point to complete the three peaks, which was a perfect 10minute drive away. I was informed by email how to locate the property, where to park and how to get there, along with recommended dining locations which was very helpful and appreciated. When I arrived, I was greeted to a bottle of wine, some cookies and complementary wood for the log burner. The little cottage had everything that I needed plus more! The bed was extremely comfortable and I had no issues in getting a good night rest. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will certainly keep this property in mind if I decide to stop in this area again. Thank you for everything "
