I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

This hotel is in a great location - an easy walk to the Aquabus over to Granville Island and a fairly direct route to English Bay and then on to Stanley Park. Really enjoyed the hotels location.on the harbour...a nice walk to Stanley park..had a nice pool area but was always too busy to actually get a sun bed.

The staff were extremely welcoming and were very approachable. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was always clean whenever they had been in. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it. I had the king size bed which was extremely comfortable! Great location and amazing views from partial harbour side room. Great food in restaurant although limited in choice. Fire alarm went off in middle of night and ended on street. Limited info and no info the next day or apology or even a morning coffee to say have a good day. The staff didn’t follow fire precautions and told people to wait in lobby until fire dept had cleared building. Should have been across road. Lifts took over an hour to get people back to rooms.
