Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Excellent hotels

Very happy overall.. A doormat would be such a good addition as it seemed a great shame to walk in with wet/ dirty shoes on the CLEAN tiled flooring. Lack of natural daylight in my room did not worry me, but may be significant for some. Everyone so very helpful & welcoming.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Overall very good value for money

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Property was very clean and easily accessible by public transport. Great location and friendly staff.

I was sceptical about staying in a capsule hotel and I only booked it because of the price. Less than £50 (special offer price) for a night a couple of hundred yards from Oxford Street is an absolute bargain. I did message my wife to say this is either going to be really good or I'm going to get no sleep at all. As it was I slept really well. The vending machines worked without any problems even for alcohol purchases requiring digital I.D. But I do think a price of £4.50 for an extra towel...
