Lovely stay and super helpful and friendly staff. Can highly recommend.

Easy hotel, great value nice rooms

Lovely cute and cosy room, staff were welcoming and able to support every request. Lovely location, would book again!

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and our room superb - very spacious, extremely bright, with a terrific bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with all of the food being extremely fresh. The hotel is right next to Notting Hill tube station and is surrounded by stunning houses, a number of great restaurants as well as Kensington Park.

Took my wife to London for her Birthday weekend. We enjoyed the Hand and Flowers' friendly staff, private access, and proximity to the tube. Pub had good selection of beers and good pub menu. We will be back again.

Excellent friendly staff. Great area and cl9se to transport if wanting to head to other parts of London.

A great little hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, our room was lovely and there was a good selection for breakfast.

Location was great and very clean!

Rooms were lovely, food down stairs was very nice with a good selection of beverages

The staff were very friendly especially Kelly on reception. We were very spoilt on my husbands 70 th birthday with a bottle of wine and a birthday brownie in our room. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you

Have stayed numerous times, great location. Lovely bar area.

On its own the flat is excellent with all amenities. But noise from road side might disturb your night sleep.

Such an easy trip and stay. Communication great, access to the apartment was easy. Free overnight parking. Lovely apartment

All good

The room was clean and check it was super easy simply using your phone for keyless entry! We were visiting for a gig at Olympia so this accommodation was perfect, just a 6 minute walk away!

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and we received a wonderful welcome. The hotel is very clean and in excellent condition. There is a room where you can sit and watch TV, make a cup of tea or coffee and relax. Breakfast is optional. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, great communication with owner.

Everything is perfect

New hotel, concierge is very keen to help. Rooms are clean. Size is small but fine for business travel, and value for money is excellent. Ask for a room at the back.
