Very easy directions to access the apartment, location was stunning, clean and spacious room. Had a small problem with the shower drainage which was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again. The room, unfortunately, was stiflingly hot as the blackout blinds had been left up all day (we were an evening arrival) with full sun shining in all day. However, the room was neat, tidy and clean, with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, great pillows, with a good night's sleep only spoilt by the heat and the noise from the occupants of the apartment above. It was convenient for both tube and buses into the city centre and had a great choice of eateries close by. It was easy to find and easy to access. All the pre-arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, as was the bathroom and was just what we needed for the stay. We had room 5 (ground floor) and the only negative points were that the bed was a very creaky and there was a lot of traffic noise. We fully appreciate that it’s a busy road in London and our home is in the Highlands of Scotland so everything is relative. In short. Monolocale molto spazioso, eccetto il bagno, super piccolo. Essendo su parte di strada è rumoroso, si sentono le auto passare, sirene di ambulanze e polizia e possono disturbare chi ha un sonno molto leggero. Da migliorare la pulizia (inesistente in 6 giorni di pernottamento, si deve pagare a parte) o per lo meno il cambio degli asciugamani (cambiati solo una volta su ns richiesta da un ragazzo delle pulizie gentilissimo). Ottimo il collegamento con i mezzi di trasporto: metro a 6 minuti a piedi e fermata autobus a 100m.
