"The cottage was clean, spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was FANTASTIC! The structure itself needs A LOT of work. There was an enormous bees nest in the siding by the front door, the windows are old, many cannot be opened and or closed/locked and have missing screens or screens with large tears in them (worst part is you can’t open the windows to enjoy the salty air and perfect temperatures!), many of the deck board and areas of the front porch are rotten. I would 100% recommend staying here but the structure itself needs a lot of work!"

It was clean, comfortable, charming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway.The location was fantastic — just minutes from the beach and boardwalk, which made it so easy to head out for the day and come back whenever we wanted. We loved being close to everything while still having a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day.The game room was a huge hit and gave us a great way to hang out and have fun when we weren't at the beach. The WiFi and AC were also much appreciated and made the cottage feel especially comfortable.We really enjoyed the combination of the cottage's charm and all the modern updates. It felt like a place where you could truly relax, make memories, and enjoy time together.We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun beach vacation!"
