Flip Flop Hideaway - Family Beach Retreat

"We had an absolutely awesome stay here! We bring 3 generations to Niantic for a beach vacation each summer and this house was absolutely perfect for that. We love staying in Black Point for the quiet beaches and easy drive to town. This house had a perfect large kitchen, living room, laundry room, backyard, and deck for us to make meals, hang out with the grandkids, and enjoy ourselves while still having big enough bedrooms and a lot of bathrooms to make it not feel like we were on top of each other. The house had a lot of linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies, inside toys, kid gear, and beach chairs/toys provided. It was nice and clean when we checked in. You absolutely can't beat the short walk to the beach! Honestly it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. The only thing we found ourselves wishing for was an outdoor shower to wash off sandy kids - but that is the ONLY "complaint" we can come up with. This is an awesome family-friendly property! 5 star stay"

"The cottage was very adequate and cute. It was decorated very nicely. The beach parking pass was a plus. Also, the Welcome binder with info. The kitchen was nicely supplied. The frozen Kisses were a nice touch (note: the bag is almost empty). We would stay again if needed. Thanks!!!"

"Perfect place for relaxation! You cannot beat the views from this home! The sound of the waves lapping the shore is right outside your windows and doors. The house is well maintained and super clean and comfortable. It's located close to the cute town of Niantic with great restaurants and the boardwalk. It was the perfect house to enjoy some relaxing family time with my adult children. I highly recommend this one!"
