We visited in spring where everything is just start to bloom the yard was fenced in so great for dogs, with a cute play place for kids. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We walked several of the streets and meet a few friendly neighbors. The host was fantastic checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, Air with lots of windows and light. We spent time playing board games and reconnect. Definitely would come the area again and stay here. ##### Atina B. Owner provides all the amenities you would need for a beach stay including chairs and towels. Our dog loved the big fenced in yard and our teenagers really loved the hot tub! Private beach is walkable from the house. Pictures on website really do not give this adorable place justice. It is bright and cheery and easily accommodated 2 adults, 3 teens and a dog. The cottage is located in black point in Niantic. So close to the ocean. The cottage was adorably decorated, and very comfortable. Plenty of beds to accommodate a bigger group. Slept very well in comfortable bed. The owner had left some bagels and muffins for us as well. Small but nice kitchen with plenty of room for a family to sit at larger table. My favorite is proximity to water and the daily multiple walks. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Close to Main Street shops and restaurants and an easy drive over to the academy. ##### Thomas S. He takes pride in his property making an impressive effort to decorate the inside and outside for the holidays. Our kids also loved the jetted tub! The beach is a short walk away and there's a community center down the block with a larger playground and tennis courts. Joseph was so gracious and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay great. His place is so cute with a mix of whimsical and really convenient touches. Our dog loved the yard, too!
