"Spectacular house on the inlet/marsh. Immaculate. Warm, cozy, beautifully furnished and decorated (loved the velvet couches & round corners!) Recently updated. We were 8 adults having our 7th annual Emptynesters weekend. Anything we forgot could be purchased nearby. Plenty of places to eat or everything we needed to cook. Easy communication with host. Beautiful view from balconies. Quiet, peaceful & perfect. I highly recommend!!!"

"The home was very cute and welcoming. Linens were very clean and comfortable. Excellent supply of towels for every room. One thing to note is that the beds are on the firm side, so keep that in mind if you are a squishy bed person. Super easy to check in. Only 20 minutes from Mohegan and about 5 minutes from prime Ninatic dining and shopping. We would definitely stay again!"

"Location was rated a 10. Communication with Peter was also great. Although the beach across the street was so close to the house, we preferred walking the small distance to the larger beach that was adjacent to Rocky Beach. Since my stay included having my young grandchildren with me it was convenient for us to take walks on the boardwalk at the state beach without worrying about traffic. House was clean and included all the necessities. I would recommend future renters to bring their own bed linens since you are required the morning of your departure to wash, dry and put away the linens. Great restaurants nearby and many local attractions to visit on non beach days. If your stay includes children you should definitely go to the Niantic Children’s Museum."
