The host was lovely and was willing to help and share her knowledge. There are clear instructions on how thiings work and dos and donts, which were useful. Absolutely no complaints at all. "The house is very big and very comfortable. It is ideally located to be able to visit the local area and wider Norfolk easily without any journey being too long. Having visited in December we didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities it has to offer but can imagine that in the summer months it must be fantastic to have use of the small garden & terrace. It was perfect for our needs travelling with teenagers and grandparents and we would definitely return."

"A group of 11 of us hired two adjoining barn conversions with inter connecting door and both were absolutely amazing. Exceptionally spacious, rich in character, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, loads of plush towels and every appliance you could need. Good wi fi and plenty of parking, views and only @ 5 miles from both Holt & Cromer. Strongly recommend to anybody considering staying in North Norfolk."

"Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. Nearby Thai takeaway from local pub was very good. One...

"We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing"

"Everything was great - apart from kitchen facilities which were sparse. Comfortable seating... great beds... excellent shower... good tv reception etc. BUT oven shelving needs attention and couldn't get 2 of the gas rings to work. So it's a great place to stay for the city - just don't plan to do much cooking!"

"Pleased with the property, had a lovely break away. Little mishap with checking in - didn’t receive any details online, wrongly assumed somebody would meet us there but had to make quite a few calls to try sort the information to access the property. Not ideal after 4.5hour travel with two little ones but all sorted after 45 mins, no major dramas. Property clean and tidy, nice welcome pack, lovely and quiet area."

"The pod was lovely, maybe a bit quirky. Everything we needed Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. One point, the use of the hot tub is an additional charge, which isn't made clear in the itinary or booking process. We felt the charge couldn't be justified so we didn't use the hot tub, which was a shame."
