"En general, el hotel estuvo bien. Una de las cosas es que compré con vista a la piscina y eso no sucedió, aunque le dije que fue lo que compré la recepcionista, que no fue muy amable, insistía en que estaba con vista a la piscina. Mi estadía era de jueves a domingo y el sábado en la mañana tenía una notificación que pusieron por debajo de la puerta, para que fuera a recepción, me indicaron automáticamente que tenía un balance, el cual no era cierto. Al final el gerente vino y me indicó que me estaban buscando para cambiarme de habitación de vista a la piscina. Le indiqué que mi estadía terminaba el domingo y que no valía la pena cambiarme de habitación cuando el domingo era mi salida."

"the resort was veryyy outdated, visible noticeable how old and not taken care of the resort was. as we were walked to our room hall was full of dirty towels went to shower the towels in the bathroom had stains on them. yuck cracks in the wall and floor was very uncomfortable. although staff was nice we checked out and did not receive a full refund"

"Waooo quedé impresionado con este resort, lo habia visitado antes cuando tenia el otro nombre, ahora hay una diferencia del cielo a la tierra totalmente remodelado. La habitación preciosa, grande, bien decorada, limpia y una vista hermosa frente al mar. Excelentes las comidas del Buffet y los restaurantes a las cartas Italiano y asiatico. Todo el personal del Resort es muy amable y atentos en especial: Jesus Aneudi el cocinero del Kibo preparó un rico sancocho frente a la playa. Teresa y Angel en recepción, los maleteros Delvis, Jocelyn , Danilo y Natanael. Yohanny en el bar de la piscina, todos muy amables. Lo único negativo es el Snack, durante mi estancia nunca estuvo abierto a la hora programada, ni habia pizzas, pero por esto no dejo de darle mi review de 5 estrella espero que esta critica sea construtiva y mejoren, por cierto el pollo frito del Snack es el mejor que es comido en mi vida. Volveré a este Resort"

"The property was nice, tropical and everything was easy to find. The staff were all very friendly. Our Concierge, Yimi (pronounced Jimmy) was great! Always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Housekeeping did a great job. Our room was always clean and smelled good. The pools were nice. Every morning they were in them brush cleaning. The beach was ok. There were a lot of bottle caps, cigarette butts and small trash items in the sand. They worked to remove as much of the seaweed as they could every day from the beach so people could go in the water. Unfortunately, this time of year, they're fighting a never ending battle with that. All in all it was a nice time."
