"This motel is conveniently located in a trendy area of Beverly Hills. They had a sturdy security gate to serve as a barrier between rooms and the street. The air conditioner & large screen TV worked great. They serve a pretty decent complimentary breakfast in the morning that offers 3 or 4 different options. They also offer a complementary beer or wine in the evening to get you rolling during happy hour. The towels are decent quality for this class of motel. The only real negative, and it was a big one, was the bathroom. They need serious makeovers, especially the shower. It has a rainforest spout overhead that pours directly down on you, and a one-of-a-kind wand that's absolutely ridiculous. It's a 9" x 1.5" x .5" chrome-plated rectangle stick that gently dribbles water onto your body when activated at high pressure. The shower provides hotel shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, but no counter or spot to place bar soap or shaving accessories. You either had to hold it in your hand or place it on the floor. They also charge $33 a night to park on their property. Why did I stay here? Because the price was well within my budget and upscale convenient location. Would I stay here again? If they changed the shower wands to be more functional it would be a no-brainer. Otherwise I will keep it as an option."
