This was an excellent stay for our family! After getting in very late, the hotel had everything ready for an expedited check-in and repeatedly checked in with us throughout our stay. The full breakfast buffet was perfect for our family of 4 and the amenities included something for everyone. Rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced daily. Highly recommend!

I grew up in Woodland Hills so coming home to stay at a hotel was a little weird. But this hotel was so nice, convenient and full of amenities that I quickly felt like I was on vacation and not "back home". Only down side is the mandatory valet parking. We would come in to the hotel for an hour or so and have to valet our car and then wait for them to bring it back. Just felt inconvenient and unnecessary.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. My only complaint is the forced valet parking. There is no other option and their parking lot seems undersized and unable accommodate the max occupancy limit of the hotel. Plus they charge $35 per night to park.

Had an amazing stay overall! The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. There were just a couple of things worth mentioning for anyone considering staying here. There is no self-parking option, so valet parking is required and comes with a pretty high nightly fee. This wasn’t disclosed at check in, so it wasn’t necessarily something I was happy with but it wasn’t the end of the world, but I do feel there could be a little more transparency when it comes to some of the additional fees associated with the stay. We also noticed a pretty unpleasant smell in the hallway when getting off the elevator as it’ll it was there for a few days, although thankfully this did not affect our room at all. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying here. I just wanted to share an honest review with both the pros and cons based on our personal experience and preferences so others know what to expect!

Room was large and clean. Bed was kind of hard. There were no toppers for mattress. Room was not ready at check in time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was cold. Only ate it 2 times during my 7 night stay. Bar was fun. Food good. Prices reasonable for Los Angeles. Bathroom lights were dim and they need a closeup mirror to put on makeup. Location was good for me and restaurants.

Everything was great overall. The area felt really nice and peaceful, which made the stay even better. I also loved the bar — at night they opened the doors and it turned into this beautiful open-air atmosphere that felt super relaxing. I would honestly come back 100%.
