"Asked for extra towels one evening and they kept saying they send someone over. We called twice and finally fell asleep without a shower. I should also add this was a suite for 5 people and there were only 3 towels available. I called back next morning and again they told me they would send someone. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to manager that my extra towels showed up. "

"Old ordinary property, Elevator and passages have weird smell, rooms are also average. Was there only for one night, so this hotel fulfilled the purpose. Do not expect highly. "

"The facility was great. Everything was in working order and very clean. The employees were vey kind and helpful. My son enjoyed eating their breakfast and playing in the pool. The gym was clean and towels were always available. Vicky Monse was very kind, helpful and knowledgable. "

"Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. In the morning, my breakfast, at the restaurant, arrived quickly and was delicious. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient with the driver assisting me with my bag. Many thanks to all for an enjoyable experience! "

"This hotel was absolutely great. The breakfast buffet is above the typical you get at other hotel chains, and the shuttle service is also premium. The property is very clean, and on the fancy side. We did hear the planes from the airport but for me it was white noise, and worked out just fine. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Had a wonderful week stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The location was central to a lot of the touristy stuff which for our trip was great and was a very short ride to Universal. I would 1000% stay here again without any hesitation. "
