Room wasn't ready on arrival...... Good hotel bar and lounge area. Really chilled vibe. Sports on a projector screen. Doors on each room are very loud at night when they close.
The apartment was excellently appointed with good facilities and a very comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy If there was one negative it would be that the blinds did not block the morning sun which woke me and my partner earlier than we would have liked.
Staff is really good. Best part is location. It's next to Reading station. Clean rooms, decent breakfast are another plus.

Some facilities were also closed the ...
Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Rooms were excellent with good facilities. We had 2 rooms one of which was not made up properly the 2nd day. We were also disappointed to learn there was no parking and no concessions on public parking due to this. On the plus side right by the railway station ...
Was central easy to find handy for the shopping good location no complaints
A bit run down at the edges but adequate. Breakfast only continental a bit poor.
I liked the historical link to Charles Dickens. The atmosphere in the bar/restaurant was very good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The carpet in the bedroom had a few stains
Beautiful early 20th century architecture. Private patio garden.
