"The property we stayed in was different from the one we originally chose because of issues? When we arrived there was no one to meet us, the house was freezing. There was no welcome folder telling us how things worked. The tv did not work. The WiFi did not work. The toilet downstairs did not flush until the button had been pushed about ten times.
