"Vile!! Was a 21 day stay!! We had to ask for a vacuum cleaner, didn’t have more than 10 hangers, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one kitchen towel, one half roll of paper towels, and had one bath towel each and had to buy our own! Bedding was dirty upon arrival!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Over charged for a trashy house with minimal supplies for a family of 5 staying for 21 days!"

"Beautiful house - clean, superb decor, well put together, not too far a distance from Cheltenham city centre. Kitchen well stocked, double fridge freezers, lovely dining space for 8 people. A lot of properties that claim to sleep 8 include bunk beds or sofa beds - not here. There were 5 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - my dad, 81, stayed in the downstairs bedroom which meant he had access to a bathroom without having to use the stairs.
