Very nice hotel, everything was great.

The executive suite was very nice, it had an extra room which my son took advantage of. Very quiet and comfortable room. Nice shower. Breakfast was good, good mix of people. The pool and sauna were very good and always clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was an 8 minute walk to a metro stop and some good eateries due to the location of a near by student campus. We were happy we stayed there.

It was very convenient hotel near the European Union. The bus to airport was in 1 min walking distance. This train metro station 2 mins walking distance and 5 stops about 10 mins to city centre. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff helpful. Room clean and spacious enough.

Nice place to stay.

I arrived at a busy time and had a short wait to check in. But, I was checked in a friendly and polite manner. My room was clean and neatly laid out. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed a couple of good nights of sleep. Breakfast is served promptly at 06:30 and you have a very wide selection of food that will satisfy most diets. Dinner is less extensive. Probably because there are so many places within walking distance or a short Bus/Metro/Taxi/Uber ride away. However, what they...

Booked last-minute due to a cancelled flight. Staff were friendly and offered a breakfast bag when we said we were leaving early. Room was really big for the price we paid and spotless.

Room were clean and tidy, staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Location is near the underground station and from there you can explore brussels and go to central station if you want to visit different cities

The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour.
