The interior of the hotel is unique from the communal areas to your bedroom. The bedroom size is amazing and actually feels more like a studio apartment with the different areas which is great for longer stays. Nothing seemed too much for requests with staff. You log in (very easy) through their website and can make requests and staff are very quick to action. This hotel is an absolute gem, especially if you are travelling on the Eurostar. Clean, comfortable and exceptionally convenient. The hotel is attached to the train station so I always find it very straightforward, especially if I am coming in late on the Eurostar or setting off early. Beautiful hotel, well designed, great staff, all very helpful, wonderful pool and gym.

The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour.
