"The room was lovely, really comfortable bed. We used the spa which was nice. The breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would 100% reccomend a visit to this hotel."

"The hotel is at the motorway service station but it is surprisingly quiet for the location. The hotel is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying for one night on the way to the Malvern Show it worked perfectly for us."

"It was a very nice setting outside but inside could have a better layout, felt like a business lounge in the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful but did have a few issues with orders which resulting in myself eating separately despite the meal costing around £300. Unfortunately too many children around for us having a night off from children! Lots of rooms downstairs so perhaps some adult only areas? Lots of children in the Spa which made the experience quite unrelaxing. Very overpriced for the experience in my opinion. Sadly wouldn’t return. Although food was delicious and bed very comfy!"
