"We really enjoyed staying here. It's a lovely spot with a covered deck overlooking the lake. Was during a heatwave, but the owners provided several decent fans. Lodge was clean, well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Couple of minor issues with access and Wi-Fi codes, but the owners replied instantly to emails"

"Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. "

"Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34. Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. "The property was lovely with nice kitchen and 2 en-suites , however some improvements could make a massive difference, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for 4 people, the sofa was lovely but too much of a squeeze for 4, the lounge needs another comfy armchair not the desk chair that was there, the outside space was well over grown and not kept tidy, the bushes are well overgrown making the outside space tiny, there is also a well overgrown bush overhanging the front door , the location of...

"Amazing charming cottage perfectly located right in the middle of bourton on the water. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and it was perfect for us. Everything walking distance. The property was wonderful, the sliding door in the kitchen onto the patio and back garden is awesome. Freddie was a great host and would reccomend staying here to anyone that wants an unforgettable Cotswolds vacation !"
