We only stayed for the one night but we will definitely be returning. The owner/staff are lovely, the room and amenities were superb and the breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, cooked perfectly and it just tasted lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hastings Old Town is a great little place too.

We had a great stay at Moore House. The only downside was that the top floor got quite hot, but apart from that everything was excellent. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again. Overall, a 5-star experience!

An amazing stay for a getaway weekend! The owners are lovely, caring and the house is very beautiful. The room was very comfortable, everything super clean and the breakfast delicious! I would recommend this place and we would certainly go back!

Great hotel, would definitely stay again if in the area

Genuinely friendly and very professional staff . We had 2 twins rooms that actually had 2 double beds in each.Supplies in room to notch.Very clean and tidy. Lounge/bar/dining area very comfortable Ticked all the boxes and will definately return. All in all , faultless.

Always stay at Alexander's when in Hastings because its so clean, the owners Keith and Wendy have so much pride and care and engage with their guests. So convenient and quiet with safe underground parking at the pier.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay and will be recommending to anyone who is thinking of a trip to St Leonard’s. The bnb is decorated beautifully - the level of attention to detail is superb all of which is curated outstandingly. The service was excellent and our host was super helpful with local information. Our room and all amenities provided were of an excellent standard which ensured that our stay was wonderful.

A little dubious at first, hidden away behind a bar but couldn't have been more wrong. Met by Gemma who was very attentive and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Actually this was true for all of the staff, all very friendly and attentive, The bar itself also great decorated and furnished to a high standard and very clean and tidy. The Bay Lodge was exactly what I hoped for - very reasonably priced, no frills accommodation, a friendly family-oriented atmosphere, (being a small concern allows for a much more personalised service), and good quality breakfast with more than adequate options available - all in all the perfect launchpad for my week in Eastbourne. A note of realism - if you're hoping for the Ritz Carlton this is not the place for you. If, however, you want budget accommodation done well in a classic English...

We had an amazing stay and the hosts were very attentive from the minute we arrived to when we left and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and really clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely. We will definitely visit again and this would be the only place we would stay in Eastbourne.
