We arrived very late after a delayed flight to Stansted. 24hour reception was very welcome & the staff were happy and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and great value for money.

We stayed for 3 night's, very clean hotel and room. Very friendly staff, restaurant is slightly expensive and food portions could be better. But on the whole, I wud recommend the hotel and wud definitely stay there again.

Lovely riverside location, plenty of parking, and very easy to be able to wheel luggage straight in, all on ground floor so no stairs to negotiate with cases. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Room with twin beds very comfortable, and although tis room had no window (which was made clear when I booked), this was not a problem, as very good lighting and felt spacious. Actually very cosy. Pleasant, friendly staff, comfy, clean room Ample onsite parking. conveniently located close enough to the town centre, but not too close . Has both a cosmopolitan and countryside feel.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

We have had the most wonderful stay. All the staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you we hope to return in the future

Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.
