"I was advised by staff at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel that their sister hotel, the Ocean View Hotel was closed due to maintenance. So I can not give you feedback for that stay. Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small.
Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from.

Great night in the New Forest. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Room on ground floor was really comfortable and super clean. It was a wet windy day in New forest so perfect excuse to sit in the comfy bar and enjoy the atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

An amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Every single employee treated me and my partner well and they went abohe and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The food was fantastic and the best steak i have ever eaten. Big shoit out to Paul who worked there on making us feel at home.

We stayed at the Chapter House for two nights (Friday and Saturday) as a base to visit Salisbury and the surrounding area and attend the Darkness into Light Advent Service at the cathedral on Saturday evening.
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the town and just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral.
The staff were wonderful; friendly and attentive and happy to chat.

Our room - two double beds so for four people - was large and comfortable with lovely touches like TeaPig teas and ground coffee. The room itself was quite cold but reception turned the heating up for us and it was a really cold day so no complaints.
